Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs to butter and sugar one at and time, beating well. Add the flour mixture in 4 parts and beat throughly after each addition. Chill one hour in plastic wrap. Roll walnut sized balls in 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Place two inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool on wire rack. May I humbly offer:
